Spring Fever

The past month has flown by pretty quickly and we have been up to our usual activities - going to the zoo, going to the park, etc.  We actually recently discovered a really great park that is very close to our house and is always filled with kids and parents that are all really friendly.  It has great paths for triking, a great play structure, and really nice grassy areas.  Here are a couple of pictures from the past month:

Unfortunately, however, the past week has been a bit less fun.  Abbie was sent home from school on Wednesday with a fever and has been sick ever since.  She basically just has a fever and a sore throat, but the fever has been really high - running 103 - 104 degrees.  It has made her pretty miserable.  A trip to the doctor yesterday revealed that it is basically just a spring fever (adenovirus) that will take 5 days or so to run its course.  In the meantime, there has been lots of TV watching and sleeping on the couch.  Poor little peanut.

Oh, poor little punkin', so sorry she is not up to her usual energetic Abbie! Hopefully this will be history with the next 24 hours!!

I love the Easter photo, so cute! And photos of her sleeping are heart warming!

Hope you are feeling good Shana!

As always, Thanks for your time and effort in keeping up the blog, you do an amazing job and I for one really appreciate it!
