Happy Halloween!
Here is our little lamb. She won't let us fasten the hood around her neck, which is too bad because it would be so much cuter that way.
Abbie was a big help this past weekend when Chad was making biscuits. I foolishly told her that she could watch, but that she couldn't touch anything. Somehow I thought that would work. Her restraint lasted about 10 seconds before she started getting into the flour.
Funny stories:
Abbie has also been into trying to tie things (like her shoelaces) and trying to snap. Both of these activities are well beyond her abilities. When she tries to tie her shoelaces she takes one lace in each hand and then just sort of waves her hands around really fast as if trying to jumble the laces. I think she really believes that if she jumbles them fast enough, the laces will somehow end up tied.
Watching her snap is also pretty cute. She just rubs her thumb and index finger together. She has seen us snap at Boris, so this is one of her favorite activities now - trying to snap at him to see if he'll come to her. He just glares at her and doesn't move, but she is so entertained by the whole thing and just laughs and gets all excited.
She has seen how trucks beep when they back up and she likes to mimic the noise. Now when she walks backwards around the house she'll make a beep, beep, beep sound to indicate that she's backing up.
This morning as she was walking around the house brushing her teeth (really just sucking on her toothbrush) she decided that Boris needed to brush his teeth, too. She came at his mouth with the toothbrush and tried to brush his teeth for him, but he wanted nothing to do with it and ran away.

What a cute little lamb. I love it.

PS - I took your advice. One of Cadalyn's onesies just got trashed rather than cleaned. This is a major milestone for me, I'm rather proud.
