At Last

At last, a post! A few weeks ago we took Abbie to this farm outside of town that has a fall festival and all sorts of entertainment for kids. As you can see, they let the kids get right in with some of the animals. This kitten was just one of many in a whole little building full of kittens being mauled by small children.


The goats were a bit more aggressive and made sure to get back at the kids and their parents by nibbling everything in sight. It was pretty funny to see kids getting upset at being nibbled and see parents trying in vain to shoo the goats away. Abbie didn't seem to have a problem.

These chickens were in the same area as the goats and Abbie chased a couple of them around but was never able to catch one.

Here is Abbie last weekend with a Tupperware container on her head. Pretty cute. Her other "brilliant" activity lately is turning in circles until she gets dizzy and falls down. As you can tell, we are raising a real prodigy.

Here she is checking out one of our Halloween decorations. It used to light up but after a few days with Abbie it doesn't seem to work anymore. I think she was a bit too rough with it. We got her a lamb costume for Halloween, but I haven't gotten a picture of her wearing it yet. She likes it, though, so getting a picture should be no problem.
