Taking care of her baby

Abigail has a baby doll that is "her baby" and she has been very interested in taking care of her lately. She cuddles her baby and gives her hugs. She also tries to give the baby a bottle. We got her a little stroller so now she can take her baby for walks. The funniest thing about all of this is that there are two little dresses that the baby can wear but more often than not Abbie will indicate that she wants you to take the dress off, so the poor baby ends up lying around the house naked all the time.

The interesting thing about the picture below is that I said to Abbie, "Can Mommy take a picture of you with your baby?" and she nodded "Yes." Then I said, "Will you hold still and stand next to your baby so I can take a picture?" and she nodded "Yes" again. So I said, "OK, let's try." Sure enough, she stood still so I could take her picture!
In the picture below, we can show off Abbie, her baby, the stroller and our new living room chairs. What could be better.
